At VK Aeros, we aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2-5 business days to metro locations in the Eastern States. We use Shippit for shipping, and tracking numbers will be provided to keep you updated on your order's progress.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose your items carefully, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind. However, we do offer returns if you are dissatisfied with the fitment or quality of the product for its intended model. Our return policy is as follows:

• Return period: You can return items within 15 days of receipt.
• Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and it must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. ABW is not responsible for items damaged during the return process.

Once we receive your returned item in satisfactory condition, we will refund the cost of the product minus the 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
